OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Hal’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival – Block C Reserved Tailgate Lot

1. Tailgate Location & Reservations

  • Reserved tailgate spots are available for purchase in Block C Parking Lot, located on State Street across from Martin’s Restaurant.
  • Each tailgater’s designated area is limited to the purchased parking spot(s). Setup outside of the designated area is strictly prohibited.
  • *****NO FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED*******

2. Arrival & Parking Spot Assignment

  • Upon arrival, tailgaters must report directly to the numbered parking spot(s) that matchs their ticket purchased on Eventbrite.
  • Tailgaters may NOT change their assigned parking spot location.
  • Event staff will be present to assist with check-in and ensure compliance with assigned spaces.

3. Friday Set-Up Access

  • Tailgaters may set up on Friday, March 27, 2026, only if they purchase a Friday Set-Up Surcharge Ticket.
  • No tailgater will be allowed to set up on Friday without this ticket.
  • The Friday Set-Up Surcharge Ticket must be purchased in advance and is non-refundable.

4. Tailgate Conduct & Compliance

  • Tailgaters must adhere to all guidelines and remain within their assigned area.
  • No oversized tents, stages, or loud amplified sound systems are allowed.
  • Tailgaters may not block traffic, pedestrian walkways, or emergency access routes.
  • Glass containers are prohibited. Only cans, plastic, or reusable cups are allowed.
  • Illegal substances, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • Tailgaters are responsible for monitoring their own area and ensuring all activities remain family-friendly.
  • Violators who fail to comply with setup regulations or encroach on other areas may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

5. Clean-Up Requirements

  • All tailgaters are required to remove all trash and leave their area clean before vacating the property.
  • Failure to properly clean up may result in fines, penalties, and possible exclusion from future tailgate opportunities.
  • Dumping of grease, charcoal, or other waste materials on the property is prohibited.

6. Parking & Vehicle Regulations

  • Vehicles must be parked fully within the assigned tailgate space and may not occupy additional spaces.
  • No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit Block C during parade hours. Plan accordingly.
  • All vehicles must be removed from the tailgate lot by 8 AM on Sunday, March 29, 2026 unless otherwise authorized.

7. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets, including tailgate reservations and Friday Set-Up Surcharge Tickets, are non-refundable.
  • Tickets cannot be resold or transferred without event organizer approval.

8. Security & Enforcement

  • Event security and law enforcement will be present to enforce all tailgate rules.
  • Failure to follow the official rules may result in removal from the premises, fines, or banning from future tailgating events.

By purchasing a tailgate spot, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of future participation.
