The rental fee is for the use of the space only for 8 consecutive hours (additional time will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis). ALL Building access times must be arranged. You can download the registration packet for more information. In addition to the reservation fee, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. 

The rental fee does not include tables, chairs, catering, decorations, etc. EQUIPMENT RENTALS are available as add-ons to event space rentals within Union Station. Please note that all rented equipment must remain inside the building. The Jackson Redevelopment Authority does not permit equipment to be taken off-site or rented for use at other venues.
