Municipal Parking Facility No. 2 Parking Area, Municipal Parking Facility No. 2 (including Parking Area and Commercial Area), Municipal Parking Facility No. 4 and/or Block C Parking Lot

The Jackson Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority” or “JRA”) is seeking proposals to lease, manage, and operate the space in the Authority’s Municipal Parking Facility No. 2 (the “Parking Facility 2 Parking Area”), including the parking area and the commercial area therein (“Parking Facility 2”), the Authority’s Municipal Parking Facility No. 4 (“Parking Facility 4”), and/or the Authority’s surface parking lot known as the Block C Parking Lot (the “Block C Lot” and, together with the Parking Facility 2 Parking Area, Parking Facility 2 and Parking Facility 4, the “Facilities”); Submissions will be received by the Authority via the online portal at www.jrams.org, until 4:00 o’clock P.M., April 18, 2023.

Farish Street, Phase II, Request for Interest (RFI)

The Jackson Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority” or “JRA”) is pleased to issue this Request for Interest (RFI) to solicit creative development responses from financially capable and experienced development teams interested in redeveloping the property referred to by the JRA as “Soul City Market”. The property includes five (5) buildings located at 202, 210, 214, 216 Farish Street and 106 E. Amite Street. Submissions will be received by the Authority via the online portal until 4:00 pm, April 13, 2023.

Parking Facility II at 475 E Capital St.

Office Space Available To Be Leased

The Jackson Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority” or “JRA”) is seeking proposals to lease office space in Parking Facility II at 475 E Capitol St (the “Facility”) will be received by the Authority at jrams.org until 5:00 o’clock P.M., January 31, 2023. Thereafter, Request for Proposals by the Authority to lease available space in Parking Facility II at 475 E Capitol St. shall be monthly until any space remaining in the Facility is leased or otherwise occupied, with the last Submission Deadline being 5:00 p.m. on December 29, 2023.  Interested parties may submit proposals to the Authority for any unleased available space pursuant to RFP issued December 29, 2022, and/or any subsequent Notice of Publication.
