While that process is still being finalized, we typically ask interested parties to provide the following preliminary information to help us better understand the concept and determine whether it aligns with JRA’s redevelopment goals:

Project Scope – Whether the project involves renovation, new construction, or adaptive reuse, and the general scale of the project.

Capital & Financing Plan – An outline of how the project would be financed (cash equity, loans, investors, tax credits, etc.).

Business / Operating Plan – A short overview of how the project or business would operate once completed.

Development Team & Experience – Background on the entity and any relevant development or business experience.

Preliminary Timeline – Estimated timeframe for acquisition, development, and project completion.

Community Impact – How the project would serve the community or contribute to neighborhood revitalization.
