Public Records Request

What is a public record?
Any material—physical or electronic—used in JRA business, including emails, documents, photos, maps, and recordings.

How to submit a request:

  • Written requests are required
  • Email, mail, or use our online form
  • Provide your name, contact info, and a clear description of records sought
  • Indicate whether you want to inspect or receive copies
